Simply Dancing With Our Hearts

Simply Dancing with our Hearts is a celebration of ourselves, of who we are and what we feel at a deep level as a man or as a woman.  It is an exploration of our hearts, our bodies, and our souls.  We explore the connection to ourselves and our relationships with others.  We dance on the third Sunday of the month at the YMCA Dance Studio in CAMBRIDGE  (see directions below) and are building and continue to build a heartfelt community.

The simple truth is that we all need more love, more connection with both ourselves and with each other.  The simplicity of dance, of moving our bodies, can open up the doorway to our hearts, to our male and female energies.  When we feel who we are at a deep level we can dare to go out into the world to connect and move with others.  Nothing complicated – just simply honest connection offered with love, compassion and the joy of being alive.  This is the space that I am offering for you to explore the connection to your Heart on the  Sundays below at the YMCA Dance Studio Cambridge from 11 am to 2 00 pm.  Cost £15.  We will dance, we will breath, we will connect to our hearts and to each other through simple guided structures, and we will dance some more.  We will move alone, in partnership and with the group, simply being in the moment.

Please just turn up on the day.  Bring water to drink and layers of clothing as we will be sitting from time to time.  Dancing in bare feet or dance shoes.   I look forward to welcoming you to Simply Dancing With Our Hearts.  Here are some quotes about my work:-

Louise created a wonderfully supportive and inviting space that made it easy to drop into my body and  feelings – something I often have difficulty with.  The openness and softness I was left with at the end of the session lingered for days afterwards.  I could easily become addicted to this work! – Andy

Ahhh what a blissful space you’ve created for those of us who love to simply dance.  Nourishing,  connecting, liberating – my body and soul are so grateful.  More, more, more please! – Corrina Gordon-Barnes
